Top Chef

Stella is really into helping in the kitchen these days. She wants to help out with everything. She (and Porter) love to help make cookies. Tonight Mike was making a new soup and Stella wanted to help cut onions even though they make her have "sad eyes". Funny! Mike let her use a butter knife and help out, she was thrilled.

Wiping away her "sad eyes".

Poor little P-man came down with the flu this afternoon, of course I was the lucky one who was holding him when this all went down and ended up covered in his sickies! He ended up falling asleep on Mike's lap this evening.

And this morning we didn't have a single snowflake in our yard...what a difference a few hours make! This was taken from our front window looking across the street. Not sure how much snow we ended up with, but it does look pretty!

That snow picture is so pretty. We got a "snow" last night. Pretty funny compared to yours.
I love Stella's sad eyes. I don't think my kids have ever noticed that onions do that. She's such a big girl. Can't believe her bday is coming up before long.

Hope things are better with P.
