That Was Fast!
Today we woke up and found Barney #2 dead. Stella was upset, but not too bad since she didn't have long to get know him! We only got them on Saturday. Elivs is still alive and kickin'. Barney never would eat any of his food, so I wasn't really shocked. Mike said that he saw Barney eat, but only once. I told Stella we could go get a new fish tomorrow, but now she wants a HAMPSTER!!!!!!!! She fell totally in love with the hampsters when we were at the pet store the other day! I REALLY don't want a hampster, so I doubt we come home with one. She's been talking about a hampster all morning!!!!

RIP Barney! A hamster sounds like a bit more of a handful than a fish : ) Glad Stella wasn't too upset.
So sorry for Barney #2...glad that Stella took it well though! We were looking at ground squirrels in a Highlights magazine today and Caden decided he needed one for a pet!
You didn't call Watson-Armstrong for the burial? This is Nana. Sorry to hear that Barney #2 is gone, Cupcake! Sounds like you guys had fun at the parade today.
ah, that is too bad about barney. I think hamsters are really messy.

Don't go there, with the hamster!!!!!! She will want to take it out of the cage and it will run away in the house, YUCK I speak from experience!!!!!!!!!!!!
