I helped with both kids class parties, didn't get any photos from Stella's, but here's Porter's class. Instead of having a Halloween party this year they had an All Saints Day party which is on Nov 1st. It was also Red Ribbon week which is why all the kids have on red shirts. They decorated animal masks, brought in a stuffed animal and decorated name tags for their animals, had snacks and then a parade with their stuffed animals. P is in the fron row5th from the left.
Mike and I celebrated our 13th(!!!!) wedding anniversary on Nov 4th! We had a lunch date rather than a dinner date due to crazy evening schedules between us and the kids.
I took the kids to the Science Center one school day when they had an early out.

Stella made the Des Moines Register while cheering at a Dowling Catholic football game.
Porters grade had their music concert, a Harvest Hoedown. Super duper cute! He's in the fron row next to the girl with the orange handkerchief.

Dowling Catholic made it to state finals in FB (and won!), on game day SFA was allowed out of uniform if you wore Dowling spirit wear.

We've finished the basement! Here's the bathroom that's down there. I'm shouldmgomdown and take pics of the finished product. We are both pleased with how it turned out and very happy it's completed!
